Vagari Games ("we") develops the app Spot the Differences ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information related to your use of the App.
In its current version, the App does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable data from users. All game progress (current level, score, mistakes) is kept only locally, in the app's memory during the session, and is never sent to any server.

As with any app distributed through Google Play, anonymous and aggregated technical information (such as crash reports and installation statistics) may be automatically collected by the Google Play platform itself, in accordance with Google's own privacy policy. This version of the App does not display ads and does not offer in-app purchases. Should this change in future versions, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect, and users will be notified within the App itself.
If the App introduces online ranking or leaderboards between players in future versions, data such as a username/nickname chosen by the player and their score may be stored on our servers for public leaderboard display. No personal data beyond the chosen nickname will be collected for this purpose. This policy will be updated when this feature is released.
The App is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated within the App itself or on this page.
